Dear Applicant, 

At the bottom of this short note are links to the five (5) different pages of the application for housing.  I have structured the five (5) different pages so that when you print them off they will fit on an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper.  That is why you will not see any "BACK BUTTON" at the bottom of each of these individual pages.  Please use your "BACK BUTTON" on your toolbar to return to this page.

One requirement for applying for Habitat housing in Warren County is that you be a resident of Warren County for a period of at least one year.

Please fill out the application as completely and accurately as possible.  All information you include on this application will be kept confidential.  We need you to complete this application to determine if you qualify for a Habitat for Humanity house.

Home Ownership Application Fair

When:             Monday, March 28^th, 2011  3:30 P.M. – 5:30 P.M.

Where:            Warren Academy, N. Spring St., McMinnville

What:              Orientation on our affordable home ownership

                        program and help to complete an application!

We are looking for families who meet the criteria including:

·         Have lived in Warren County for at least one full year

·         Satisfactory rental history

·         Reasonable credit history

·         Steady income for 1 year

·         Need for housing due to substandard, unsafe, overcrowded conditions,
or paying 1/3  more of gross income on housing

·         Willing to work 500 sweat equity hours

·         Yearly gross income between 25-50% of Warren Co. median income

                  (for more people in the family, please call the office for limits)

The following items should be brought with you to the fair:

•  Proof of residence in Warren County (Minimum of 1 year)

• Completed Application

•  Driver’s license or a Photo ID

• $10 cash for credit report

• Social Security Cards & Birth Certificates for everyone in household

• Copy of lease or rent receipt

• Proof of ALL income sources (pay stubs, social security, etc.)

• Copy of divorce decree, marital dissolution, child support (if applicable)

• List of bank accounts, credit cards, medical & dental bills, utility bills, savings plans, pension plans, court costs, child support, alimony, finance company, auto payments, insurance information (with account numbers on all)

Copies of paperwork will be made and originals will be returned to you that evening.

You must be present at this application Fair to be eligible for a Habitat home.
